Jelly Cookies

Cream:

-           1/2       lb.                    soft butter (2 sticks)

Add and mix:

-           3/4       cup                  sugar

2          -                                   egg yolks

-           1/2       teaspoon          vanilla extract

Add and knead:

2          1/2       cup                  flour

A) Roll dough into small balls.
B) Place on greased cookie sheet.
C) Flatten a little and press each with a thimble.
D) Fill each hole with your favorite jelly.
E) Bake until slightly brown.


Temperature:  350°                                                                                                                     
Time:              20 Minutes (Approximately)
Yield:             65 cookies
